Fabrinet is aecIE long time client since 2003.
The first factory designed by aecIE, built at Rangsit, Soi Khunpra Complex was Fabrinet Building 4 of 10,000 M2. Follow by Fabrinet Building 5 in 2006 of 30,000 M², in 2010 Fabrinet Building 6 of 30,000 M², Each building of fabrinet were built for tenants of electronic components manufacturers. Each factory was design for multiple size of space range from 500 m² to 1,000 m² as require by specific tenants. The room condition and utilities were provided at wide range of supply condition. That were• Clean room class 10,000 – 100,000

• N2 gas supply
• CDA Supply
• Central Vacuum Cleaning System
• Fire Protection and alarm system
• Security control
• Warehousing support
• Administration office and meeting rooms

In 2015, Fabrinet Building 8 of 50,000 m² was built at Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 2 (HESIE2), Chonburi. aecIE took the position to review the design concept and detail design. The Construction management was carried by aecIE.
